We are concerned about the stress levels created around Guy
Fawkes to animals, babies and some adults, also potential
for injury to those who may not use fireworks appropriately.
Surely if there are enough organised displays around the city,
all who wish to enjoy fireworks could do so!
Our aim is to lobby City council, politicians & ERMA 
(Environmental Risk Management Authority)
to disable the sale of fireworks to the general public.

Some people have more money than brains!

Here we are, 9th of November & ourselves & the animals are still hearing wizz boom bang around the neighbourhood. What is wrong with these people, can they not read a calendar? or are they hell bent on blowing their hard earned cash up in smoke? If there are some around who have so much money why don’t they give it to the less fortunate or even the S.P.C.A!

I am aware that their mindset is different to mine but hey, how selfish can people get! I have even yelled at the top of my voice to show my feelings to these so called humans. HHMM! that didn’t work.

If we are to stop this before & after party, Fireworks MUST NOT get into these neanderthals hands…end of story!! I am now slightly less angry than I was before I typed this.
